Each committee will have a leader and term duration 2 years.
BoD of APSSM will discuss with leader and give mission. SG: will support President of APSSM follow mission.• Very important with the goal to generate more awareness, appreciation, and support for promote sexual medicine APSSM’s target audiences.
• Provide state of the art information targeting professionals to improve practices

Communication Committee: we need to establish with more activities like website, journals, social media.• Affiliated organizations will be aligned focused on collaboration and mutual growth.
• SG will become a bridge to connect each society with APSSM, must understand local society and support them.
• Collaboration with ISSM, ESSM, SMSMA, ISSWSH, SLAMS, SASSM..
• Try to find support from pharmaceutical company under policy and laws.
• Supports the scientists in the field of Sexual Medicine through research, travel fellowships, personal awards and studentships. Ex: ISSM & ESSM school every year.
• Organize course at APSSM meeting,
• Organize course about sexual medicine with collaborate University of medicine in Korea – Brisbane – China …
• Join online seminar education with ISSM. ESSM …
• Promote scientific research activities, publish research in journals (The Journal of Sexual Medicine, The World Journal of Men's Health, TAU …)
Improve membership by:
• More activities from APSSM.
• Each key person/ country try to promote sexual medicine => will help increase member join APSSM.
• Increase communication
• Increase benefits from APSSM to local society and members.
Connect with Member at Large from Singapore, Philippine, Indonesia, Laos, Cambodia, Uzbekistan, India, Malaysia to develop members join APSSM.
APSSM was established in 1986 and Professor Shirai hosted the first meeting on Impotence Research in Hong Kong in 1987

The 2nd meeting was held in Seoul, Korea in 1989.
From this year the name of the society was changed to APSIR, Asia-Pacific Society for Impotence Research.
