It's my great pleasure to announce the 19th biennial meeting of APSSM in Busan, Korea. Historically, it's the third time of APSSM Meeting held in Korea since the 2nd meeting of APSIR at Seoul in 1989 and the 11th meeting of APSSM at Jeju island in 2007, Korea. Traditionally, APSSM meeting was held biannually. This meeting was decided in last 17th biennial Meeting at Melburn, 2019. For last 3 years, The COVID-19 outbreak has changed the planned academic activities and schedules of APSSM. Instead of regular 2021 APSSM meeting, LOC of Taiwan hold complementary half day meeting in 2021 and 2022 APSSM & TAASM & GCASMF regular meeting in hybrid. I regret that I could not join the Taiwan meetings.
